About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to customers through incoming calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center or phone-based environment)
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and desire to engage customers through inbound calls
  • Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and professionally
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers through open and engaging communication
  • Accurately document customer interactions, manage account updates, and maintain proper filing
