Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and great active listening skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google products.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide), with high attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage time effectively.
  • Professional "go-getter" who understands what it takes to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent communications skills and confidence, with a positive attitude.
  • Trustworthy with strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Speak English fluently and coherently. (Bilingual a plus!)

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service to internal departments, customers, and restaurants.
  • Receive and handle customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within company standards and policies to ensure timely resolution.
  • Receive, process, and enter orders into the company ordering system.
  • Review and proof all orders for accuracy.
  • Assist with order pick-ups for from wholesale and retail clients.
  • Print invoices, maintain records, and assist with requests from the Operations Teams.
  • Provide delivery updates to wholesale and retail clients.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and all company policies.
