The ideal candidate for this position will be a high-energy, multi-tasker, customer-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, handle administrative tasks, provide product/services information, resolve customer issues, and be comfortable making outbound calls to accounts. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers, confident at troubleshooting, and able to investigate thoroughly if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer issues. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with 30-minute lunch break.
