POSITION SUMMARY This candidate will be responsible for the coordination and utilization of drivers and routes, to maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Two years of prior experience working as a dispatcher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensures maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals by successfully routing vehicles.
  • Prepares, updates and disperse daily route schedules.
  • Gathers and maintains route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick-ups), route completions, and driver locations.
  • Ensures route completion via driver check-in process.
  • Provides excellent customer service and quality technical content via incoming telephone calls, and email.
  • Phones servicing of billing inquiries, taking payments, client concerns, portal navigation assistance, etc.
  • Analyzes information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
  • Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned.
