Responsible for performing various financial transactions while delivering exceptional customer service, the Customer Service Representative serves as a trusted resource for customer needs. Duties of this position include: Provide prompt, professional customer service by assisting with account inquiries, service requests and issue resolution. Greet and assist walk-in customers, vendors and visitors; answer incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff while providing accurate and timely responses. Maintain, balance, and verify cash drawer within established variance limits. Count, wrap and bag coin as needed. Identify customers' financial service needs. Recommend relevant products, services and promotional offerings.
