About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Previous customer service experience (distribution, retail, or B2B preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with technology (CRM systems, order entry, Microsoft Office).
  • Team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and care.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product information and guidance to help customers select the right solutions.
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
