Requirements
- Confident and clear communicator, comfortable working remotely
- Self-directed, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Service-focused with a genuine desire to help others
- Comfortable with technology, video meetings, and online systems
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada

Responsibilities
- Communicating with members who have requested benefit reviews
- Organizing and hosting virtual appointments
- Clearly presenting benefit options in an educational, easy-to-understand way
- Guiding members through the application process
- Maintaining follow-up communication to ensure continued support
- Participating in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
