About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing order support, and ensuring customer satisfaction with efficiency and care. This role is about problem-solving and relationship building. Requirements

Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Word and Outlook
Must possess the ability to learn and master computer systems used within the company on a daily basis (AOE, ASW & CRM).
Vision (Near, Peripheral)
Sense of Sound - Must be able to listen to calls.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Windows-based systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for inbound calls from Independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support.
Reaching out to customers proactively to provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues.
Using our software to place and manage orders by phone and online.
Solving problems efficiently using the latest tools and helpful attitude.
Collaborating with team members and staying current through ongoing training
Other duties as assigned.
