As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for our commercial insurance clients. Your primary responsibility is to deliver a responsive, high-quality service experience while supporting clients with policy questions, documentation requests, audits, and account updates. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in helping clients feel supported and informed. This is an entry-level opportunity with a clear career growth path into licensed insurance account management. We provide training and support for you to obtain your Massachusetts Property & Casualty license within your first four months. Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
