About The Position

Customer Service Representative – Part-Time Country Visions Cooperative Convenience Store is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Branch location to help with food service prep during the week. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. If you are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and looking for part-time work with a great company, now is the perfect time to join our team! Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Dependable
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and energetic
Basic math and computer skills

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Working in the kitchen area
Preparing food ingredients
Make sandwiches and pizza
Utilize the oven to heat pizza
Cut and package food items
Responsible for providing a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction
Identify and respond to the customer needs
Promptly answer phone calls from customers
Cashiering
Stock merchandise
Maintaining a clean and safe store
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
