About The Position

Weather Tite Windows is looking for a Customer Service representative that will serve as the primary engine for sales growth by managing 75 inbound calls per day to qualify leads and schedule appointments. Reporting to our Office Manager, you will ensure high-level accuracy in lead documentation and seamless coordination between homeowners and the sales team. This role is essential to improving department performance within a scaling organization. By maintaining confident and professional communication, you directly contribute to the success of Weather Tite Windows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate complex CRM systems, with a preference for candidates experienced in HubSpot.
  • Proven aptitude for mastering modern office phone systems and maintaining high engagement levels across a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Proven high-level attention to detail
  • A motivated self-starter who can maintain high productivity and meet daily call targets with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to undergo a standard drug screening prior to the commencement of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain confident, professional, and empathetic communication when interacting with homeowners, contractors, and third-party partners.
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and provide sales teams with key neighborhood data, such as flood zones and past project history, to help them prepare for consultations.
  • Execute established communication scripts with precision to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize appointment setting rates.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer concerns or high-priority leads to relevant leadership to ensure rapid resolution.
  • Assess customer needs accurately to ensure that sales representatives are matched with high-value opportunities.
  • Seamlessly schedule and coordinate sales consultations between homeowners and the field sales team to maintain an active project pipeline.
  • Forward calls effectively to the correct departments, ensuring that all customer inquiries—from warranty claims to sales—reach the appropriate team without delay.
  • Manage up to 75 inbound calls per day, serving as the primary engine for sales growth by qualifying residential and commercial leads.
