Our compassionate team collaborates across multiple disciplines—from oncology and surgery to radiology, ultrasound, and rehabilitation—delivering advanced diagnostics and treatments using cutting‑edge equipment. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact with clients, providing calm, compassionate, and professional support during emotionally challenging moments. You play a key role in keeping the hospital running smoothly by managing phones, scheduling, check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring clear communication between clients and the veterinary team. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility help create a seamless experience for both clients and patients in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a veterinary hospital (emergency/specialty experience preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-stress environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and proactive team player
  • Comfortable with computers and veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone, Instinct)

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out efficiently
  • Provide clear communication between clients and veterinary staff
  • Accurately enter and update patient records and billing information
  • Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians, doctors, and other CSRs
  • Remain flexible with shift changes, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Take initiative to assist teammates and support hospital operations as needed
