About The Position

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support client programs at local events, community activations, and outreach initiatives. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual skills are a plus
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Represent client programs at community events, outreach activities, and live activations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees
  • Provide accurate information about services, programs, and initiatives
  • Respond to questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow established procedures and event guidelines
  • Maintain organized documentation of interactions when required
