Customer Service Representative – Part-Time Country Visions Cooperative Convenience Store is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Reedsville location. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. If you are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and looking for part-time work with a great company, now is the perfect time to join our team! COMPANY BENEFITS for PART-TIME TEAM MEMBERS Competitive pay, based on experience Weekend shifts offer a shift differential of $2.00 per hour which starts Friday at 3:00 pm through Sunday close Flexibility Company work shirts provided (First 2 are free, then employee/company 50/50 split up to a specific amount per year) Friendly, team working environment Can become eligible for Paid Time Off Can become eligible for health insurance Can become eligible for 401(k) with excellent company match Can become eligible for Paid Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program Health and Wellness Program JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for providing a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction Identify and respond to the customer needs Promptly answer phone calls from customers Cashiering Open or close the store Stock merchandise Maintaining a clean and safe store Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management HOURS This shift is for the night and weekend hours and Holidays Flexibility in the schedule to accommodate the right candidate’s needs Come join the Reedsville Convenience Store! Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Dependable
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and energetic
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willing to get you liquor license
- Being able to work on your own
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
