As a Customer Service Representative, your role is responsible for delivering excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses, people, and time. This role will focus on accurate and timely assisting our customers with scheduling. The Customer service Representative is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Process high volumes of calls/emails to Support our customers. Enter high volumes of data into the various systems timely and accurately. Provide excellent customer service and provide customers with a positive experience. Act as a resource for other functions within AWP. Answer phones and respond to inquiries using a professional and courteous demeanor. Provide general office support and peer training as requested. Comply with all AWP policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
