About The Position
Blue Cross is hiring Vermonters to join our World Class Customer Service Team! Candidates will combine high attention to detail with the ability to rapidly master new information, communicate effectively, and resolve intricate issues. Location: This role requires an 8-week in-person training program at our Berlin, Vermont office. Following training, a 2-3 month, full-time in office period is required. Afterward, employees within 50 miles will transition to a hybrid schedule, working from the office on Wednesdays and remotely the remainder of the week. Starting pay at $20.50 per hour with multiple promotional opportunities within the first two years. Bi-annual department retention bonus program, annual corporate incentive bonus program and additional compensation opportunities throughout the year. 8-week paid training on all facets of the health care industry. Target start date is Wednesday, April 1st
