About The Position

We help homeowners understand renewable energy, lower their electric bills, and take advantage of state and federal incentives. Our team is driven, direct, and committed to helping families make smarter energy decisions. We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative who thrives in face-to-face interactions with homeowners. You’ll engage with customers in person, provide clear information, help them understand their solar options, and assist in generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with homeowners, ensuring they understand their solar options.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust with customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement engagement strategies.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers in face-to-face interactions, providing a personal touch to service delivery.
