We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative who thrives in face-to-face interactions with homeowners. You’ll engage with customers in person, provide clear information, help them understand their solar options, and assist in generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with homeowners, ensuring they understand their solar options.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement engagement strategies.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfortable engaging with customers in face-to-face interactions, providing a personal touch to service delivery.
