About The Position

As a customer service specialist, you will take pride in communicating with our customers via email, live chat, texts, and phone calls. We are looking for someone to join our team onsite at our Bluffdale, Utah office, from Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with a pay range of $17-$20.

  • Location: Able to be in our Utah office Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Nice To Haves

  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Experience: Customer Service: 2 years

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, engaging, and compassionate customer service
  • Answer emails, texts, calls, chats, and social media in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Make independent and insightful decisions, keeping customer and company needs in mind
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and figure out quick solutions
  • Implement conflict management skills to de-escalate emails and calls in a way that builds a positive customer experience
