We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience working in an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in order entry and documentation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership

  • Experience managing customer artwork, custom orders, or product specifications is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process quotes, RFQs, sales orders, and work orders accurately in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Serve as a primary support partner for key customer accounts, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Support Regional Sales Managers with account coordination, customer updates, and day-to-day service needs
  • Upload invoices to customer portals and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and update inventory reports, order tracking logs, and account-specific spreadsheets
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, Shipping, and other internal teams to meet customer expectations
  • Review and support customer agreements, artwork approvals, delivery requirements, and order-related documentation
  • Monitor and report account activity related to receivables, credit requests, returns, and warranty claims
  • Identify potential issues proactively and work collaboratively to resolve them quickly and effectively
  • Help deliver a seamless customer experience from order entry through post-delivery follow-up
