About The Position

Technical Life Care Medical Company is a trusted provider of biomedical equipment repair and maintenance. We are growing and looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver top-tier service to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in scheduling, service coordination, or customer support (healthcare or repair industry preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, and email communication tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service requests and preventive maintenance (PM) visits with customers
  • Input and maintain customer equipment records in our database
  • Coordinate calendars for service technicians
  • Communicate with customers to confirm service details and provide updates
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff (airfare, hotels, etc.)
