Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in sales account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with complex solutions for strategic accounts.
  • Ability to manage up to 50 hours of work weekly as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales account plans for each customer.
  • Analyze revenue trends and identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Manage cross-functional resources to optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer and competitor offerings.
  • Document and manage action plans for assigned clients.
  • Prepare and deliver contracts and proposal responses.
