In this role, you will support our Enterprise customer base by understanding their technical needs, having strategic conversations, leading deployments, and continuously nurturing the relationship. Internally, you will work closely with the sales, product, and support teams to advocate for your customers' product needs. As one of the first few members of our Customer Success team, you will also help define repeatable processes and work towards growing a scalable customer success operation
