As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) , youll sit at the intersection of technical depth, customer outcomes, and product impact —helping innovative companies adopt, expand, and realize measurable value from the platform. Youll operate as a trusted technical advisor to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders, while partnering internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape the customer experience and influence product direction.
