By optimizing and expanding the use of our solutions, you will make a significant impact on healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Customer Success experience in the healthcare space.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Experience in healthcare technology and SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and customer lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving adoption and measurable ROI for healthcare platforms.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise healthcare customers post-deployment, serving as a trusted long-term partner.
  • Develop and execute outcome-driven success plans aligned to customer goals.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders.
  • Guide customers through post-go-live adoption and optimization.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success leadership on renewals and account growth.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Success practices with a focus on scalability and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Translate complex customer data into clear ROI narratives and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive post-deployment customer experiences.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product direction and improvements.
