This role combines meaningful in-office collaboration with regular travel throughout Virginia (up to three days per week) to visit assigned customer accounts. The majority of your focus will be supporting and strengthening our existing Virginia-based customer relationships. The Customer Success Partner plays a vital role in ensuring our clients feel heard, valued, and confident in their partnership with BMS.
