Strong communicators who are confident speaking with clients virtually
Goal-oriented and self-motivated professionals
Individuals who enjoy helping others and solving problems
Candidates comfortable using Zoom and other digital tools
Professionals legally authorized to work in the United States with access to a Windows-based laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet

Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Identify client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options
Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Participate in weekly training sessions and team development calls
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support team success
