Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, marketing, business management, or related field
  • Strong customer supply chain-related experience (demand planning, product supply, distribution, transportation, manufacturing)
  • Prior experience working directly with Walmart as a supplier or partner in the supply chain
  • Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills and the ability to build relationships to drive results
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and working under tight timelines, multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint; proficient in Retail Link & Scintilla
  • Must reside or be willing to reside in the Bentonville, AR, region.
  • This position requires at least 5% travel

Responsibilities

  • Manage Item/DC/Store level supply chain inventory replenishment across multiple categories
  • Work with large amounts of data and organize them into effective reporting, with timely communication, and action-based decision-making
  • Responsible for communicating Supply Chain Metrics to Customers weekly for specific categories
  • Deep understanding of the Customer’s replenishment system and its relationship with CPFR to ensure correct ordering
  • Proactively research opportunities to improve customer in stocks and communicate needs internally and externally
  • Able to work well across multi-functional teams, including written and verbal communication
  • Ability to present data-based information to team members for decision-making purposes
  • Analyze customer performance to inform and support the sales team in driving business at each customer
  • Pull customer data, track scorecard metrics/customer KPIs, and perform analysis that provides insights to shape customer conversations and plans
  • Deliver ad hoc requests for additional sales needs regarding data pulls, presentation development, etc.
  • Utilize syndicated or customer data to analyze the business, understand business trends, and provide a point of view on solutions
  • Perform analyses to identify new distribution and incremental sales opportunities for given customers
  • Run Velocity and sales reports in support of customer performance
  • Support sales by submitting sales budgets across all categories with accurate forecasts
  • Create new items in Supplier One to ensure on-time ordering
