About The Position

As Customer Support – Rider Operations - You’ll act as the human partner to the robot AI, ensuring an excellent customer experience before, during, and after each ride. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing support position where empathy, quick thinking, and clear communication are key. You’ll be trained on cutting-edge technology and tools that support autonomous vehicle operations while helping shape the future of urban mobility.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
  • Must be willing to work one of the specified shifts.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, problem solving, call center, dispatch
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations (e.g., ride disruptions, escalations).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with de-escalation techniques or emergency response training (such as 911 dispatch or crisis support) is highly valued.
  • Team-oriented mindset; comfortable collaborating with diverse departments.
  • Flexible and proactive — able to adapt to new tools, systems, and priorities quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide live rider support before, during, and after missions via multiple channels (chat, phone, and internal messaging systems).
  • Act as the real-time human point of contact for riders, delivering accurate ride information and immediate assistance when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate rider issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including safety, fleet, and engineering, to maintain smooth operations.
  • Perform data entry and testing tasks to support continuous improvement of tools and processes.
  • Use internal tools to monitor, document, and resolve customer interactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a safety-focused, inclusive, and professional work environment at all times.
