The Order Fulfillment Associate or (Customer Support Specialist I) is responsible for processing orders using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, managing the order through the fulfillment process using a ticketing system and providing customers with the highest level of service possible. Day to day: Process purchase orders in the ERP system, accuracy and attention to detail are key. Review PO's against quotes, resolve customer PO issues that may arise.
