About The Position

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming customer calls and emails, serving as a source of information on our product features and specifications, and efficiently processing order information. You will also play a crucial role in post-sale customer service, providing order status updates, tracking information, and facilitating returns when necessary. Collaborative communication with other departments and manufacturers to address customer inquiries and concerns is essential. Additionally, you'll be expected to stay up to date with the latest products carried by Acme Tools through team activities and vendor training, while also taking on other assigned tasks and opportunities as they arise.

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Proficient in active listening, technical skills, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills, punctuality, and flexibility for occasional Saturday and overtime work.

  • Previous call center experience
  • Bonus points for tool and equipment industry knowledge
