Provide timely, professional support to customers via phone, email, and digital channels. Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure seamless delivery. Communicate product, service, and delivery information clearly and confidently. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support operational efficiency.
