Customer Technical Training Specialist (Customer Training Delivery) Company: Boeing Aerospace Operations ESM Operations: Candidates should have demonstrated knowledge of the ESM system, including operations and troubleshooting. They must be able to manipulate PDS displays, databases, and scan strategies to meet mission requirements. Additionally, they should perform functional analysis, accurately identify electronic signals, monitor ESM displays, and recognize issues to coordinate hardware problem resolution. Instructor or evaluator experience is preferred. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operating the Electronic Support Measures (ESM) subsystem Performing systematic operational checks on the ESM system and determining optimal sensor setups Ensuring accurate collection, display, and dissemination of ES data Coordinating with external and internal agencies to verify the accuracy of ES data Troubleshooting the ESM system and understanding anomalous behavior or database misidentifications ESM/EWSP Training Development: Candidates should manage ESM/EWSP systems and functions for aircraft-specific missions, including system initialization, operation, and optimization tailored to mission requirements. ABM Training Development: Candidates should manage mission systems and functions (RADAR/IFF, Communications, Computers, Battle Management, and Surveillance) for aircraft-specific missions, including system initialization and optimization.
