About The Position

Our team is known for precision, compliance, and outstanding customer service, supporting importers across industries to move goods efficiently and confidently. Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Customs Entry Specialist to manage import documentation and customs filings. You’ll be responsible for ensuring shipments are processed accurately and in full compliance with U.S. regulations.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in customs entries, import operations, or freight forwarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit customs entries for air, ocean, and ground shipments via ACE.
Classify imported goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and verify correct valuation.
Review key shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for accuracy.
Collaborate with clients, carriers, and government agencies to resolve entry questions or issues.
Monitor shipment release status and proactively address delays, holds, or inspections.
Stay informed on U.S. Customs rules, PGA requirements (FDA, USDA, EPA, etc.), and trade compliance updates.
