About The Position

The Cutter Operator’s primary function is to operate the cutter machine
according to production demands and customer specifications.

Requirements

• Verbal and written professional communication skill.

• Ability to interact and negotiate with vendors
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Knowledge of printing production
• Demonstrated mechanical abilities on complex machinery
• Basic PC knowledge
• Ability to bend, reach, crawl, twist and lift at least 50 pounds unassisted is required.
• The ability to remain in a standing position for long periods of time is required.
• The ability to see, hear, count, measure, read, and follow verbal directions in English is required.
• The ability to differentiate colors, horizontal, and vertical positions is required,
• The ability to utilize fine motor skills while working ion sensitive machinery is essential.
• The ability to perform repetitive upper body motions is required.
• The ability to read a ruler is essential.

• Keep workstation, machinery and materials clean and safe.
• Maintain quality
• Maintain production
• Change blade
• Maintain cutter
• Work with scheduler on workflow
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
