About the position

We are seeking a CX Product Liaison on the Customer Experience team to interface with our Product team. You will assist the product team in identifying product submissions that align with our overall business strategy. Your duties will include validating and submitting issues identified by the CX team, collaborating with others to prioritize business problems from customers and employees, and participating in the product readiness process as new products and features are developed.

Responsibilities

  • Triage issues submitted by CX and submit bugs to Product if necessary
  • Work with CX team members to gather additional information on their submissions if required; coordinate communication between Product and CX as necessary
  • Pursue business problems that align with business objectives
  • Work with UX and Product teams to develop comprehensive solutions to the identified problems
  • Provide CX with visibility into current state of requests
  • Participate in the product readiness process for new features to ensure the CX team is prepared for releases
  • Determine the work required for implementation and support
  • Identify the roles required to complete implementation and support work
  • Create processes & documentation around the implementation and support of the new product/feature
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to create a rollout plan and prepare CX team for launch
  • Lead Product Liaison meetings with cross-functional representatives for all products
  • Interface with key stakeholders to explain the use case behind suggested product enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years experience at QGenda preferred

Nice-to-haves

  • Engineering or other technical degree
  • SaaS/Software technical configuration and implementation experience
  • Experience/exposure to the healthcare market and IT ecosystem
