About The Position

The Opportunity: Serve as a senior leader within Booz Allen’s National Security Sector Cyber Account, driving large-scale growth across the Defense ecosystem with an emphasis on federal agencies and Combatant Commands. Lead the development and execution of Cyber DoW go‑to‑market strategies and business models informed by federal acquisition dynamics, evaluation criteria, and corporate requirements. Guide teams of solution architects, engineers, cybersecurity spe cia lists, and technologists to identify emerging demand signals, shape market opportunities, and position the company to capture expected RFPs and broader trends. Oversee a portfolio of cyber DoW programs and contracts, ensuring high‑quality delivery while scaling innovative cyber services and products. Expand the company’s presence by building partnerships with non‑traditional dual‑use technology companies, including venture-backed startups, OEMs, large technology firm s, and other industry partners. Act as a strategic thought leader, developing differentiated capabilities in security engineering, operations, and advanced cyber defense. Drive market growth across the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development, while attracting and retaining top cyber talent and strengthening strategic vendor ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading complex, high‑impact technical programs for large government clients, delivering outcomes in dynamic, mission‑driven environments
  • 10+ years of experience shaping and implementing advanced cybersecurity capabilities for federal customers, including architecting and deploying new people, processes, and technologies to enhance threat prevention, detection, and response
  • Experience leading multiple cross‑functional delivery teams across complex and demanding operating environments
  • Ability to identify, shape, and capture strategic business opportunities across the Defense landscape, building strong client relationships and fostering high‑value partnerships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives, partners, and vendor ecosystems to drive mission outcomes and scale innovative cyber solutions
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
