ICF is seeking a Cybersecurity Product Development Team Lead. Our team is helping to secure and protect the Nation’s critical infrastructure resilience, so come join us in our largest cybersecurity and resilience communications, digital and creative efforts to date. The position is hybrid, must be located in National Capital Region and able to commute to 1 – 2 days a week to client site in Arlington, VA.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between a federal government cybersecurity team and support staff.
  • Ensure workstreams, status updates, and deliverables are clearly articulated and reported.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain program documentation and strategic consultancy support to federal government senior leadership.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity product development efforts.
  • Advise on prioritization, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and coordinated team operations across technical writing and editorial functions.
  • Provide senior-level supervision of support staff responsible for preparing, designing, and publishing cybersecurity guidance.
  • Offer continuous professional development to support staff through mentoring, coaching, and continuous performance feedback.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational priorities and active product development efforts.
  • Communicate accurate and timely updates to federal leadership on task status and deliverables.
  • Independently identify inefficiencies, refine workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Active SCI clearance.
  • 5+ years of senior-level experience in people and program management.
  • Proven track record of excellence in federal contract oversight.
  • Cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Senior-level experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, Generative AI platforms, and CRM dashboards.
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of cyber threat intelligence (CTI).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity policy, emerging threats, and current events.
  • Experience supporting the authoring and writing of cybersecurity documents.
