What You’ll Do as a Cybersecurity Analyst In this role, you will monitor threats, investigate security incidents, support security compliance initiatives, and help lead out security awareness programs. You will play an essential part in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Database Management or a related field or 4 years of IT work experience
- Highly capable of working in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive materials and maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong understanding of business processes and information security risk management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly proficient written, communication, and Microsoft Office suite skills
Nice To Haves
- Continual self-learner with interests in Cybersecurity tools such as SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Azure Sentinel
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep knowledge of intrusion detection systems and NIST publications and CIS Controls
- Quickly pick up new software to resolve unforeseen problems and think strategically
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing solutions that build trust and long-term relationships.
- Analyze reports and share insights that help drive smarter business decisions.
- Make recommendations on secure configurations for technology based on detailed understanding of threats
