We are seeking skilled professionals with experience in one or more of the areas listed below to join our enterprise Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) team. Requirements

  • Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or higher).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain CEH or CSA+ certification within first 6 months.
  • At least 4 years of experience in UNIX/Linux systems administration, storage systems, and/or network systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Security Clearance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Windows, Linux, and/or VMware systems within an enterprise DoD environment.
  • Support virtualization, storage systems (iSCSI, NFS), and enterprise network configurations.
  • Provide basic network administration support, particularly with Cisco and/or Palo Alto routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to systems, storage, and network connectivity.
  • Perform daily system and application administration as well as project-based tasks.
  • Interact professionally and promptly with end users to resolve issues.
  • Apply defense-in-depth principles to secure systems and networks, including: IDS/IPS, antivirus, logical traffic separation, automated malware analysis, and compliance with DISA SRG/STIG.
  • Monitor system availability and performance for servers, storage, and networks.
  • Ensure IT policies and procedures are documented and maintained.
  • Support accreditation and certification efforts under DoD standards.
  • Contribute to continuity and recovery planning for cybersecurity and IT operations, including support for: Component and capability failures Communication and personnel outages Site-level contingencies
  • Maintain secure and reliable backup processes, including documented plans and proper storage and labeling.
