Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer (MS Degree - Cyber). In this role, you will conduct cyber risk assessment activities, conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and/or software designs and implements RMF steps for Assessment and Authorizations. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Cyber Security Engineering Software and hardware design, system hardening, cyber architecture design, AI tools. Must be a US Citizen; Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance to start. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Cyber Security Engineering; will consider Software Engineering
  • Experience Advanced programming and scripting experience in a UNIX environment (C++, Perl, Python, Bash, Ruby, Shell, Scripts), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiar with full software development life cycle, and system engineering processes
  • Administrative experience with Window and/or Linux systems
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Patch Management systems
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • this position will require a government security clearance to start

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of Risk Management Framework
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • DoD 8570 certification IAT - Level II (e.g., Sec+ or higher)
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Patch Management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of ACAS (Tenable.sc / Tenable Nessus), Evaluate STIG, Trivy, SCAP or other cyber scanning tools
  • Basic knowledge of Risk Management Framework
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Agile Methodologies
  • DoD 8570 certification IAT - Level II (e.g., Sec+ or higher)
