ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Threat Intelligence team protects Franklin Templeton by identifying, analyzing, and disrupting cyber threats before they impact the business. The team works closely with security operations, threat hunters, and business leaders to reduce risk, strengthen incident response, and protect brand trust. Collaboration, credibility, and proactive analysis define how the team operates. Joining the team offers exposure to real-world threat activity, cross-functional influence, and meaningful impact on enterprise security.

Requirements

  • Hands-on cybersecurity experience in threat intelligence or incident response.
  • Relevant education or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of threat frameworks, vulnerabilities, and intelligence techniques.
  • Ability to investigate incidents and assess cyber risk.
  • Clear communicator with strong analytical thinking.
  • Highly organized, curious, and self-directed.
  • Trusted partner across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • We expect the annual salary range for this position to be $86,500-$115,000 depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
