Requirements

Minimum 7 years in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance
Minimum 5 years leading security or GRC teams
Experience building and executing cybersecurity roadmaps
Audit program leadership (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar)
Security engineering and cloud security experience
Familiarity with leading security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS)
Incident response and risk management experience
Strong executive communication skills
Ability to translate business objectives into security strategy
Proven team-building and leadership capability

Nice To Haves

Experience in professional services, accounting, or financial services
Microsoft security ecosystem familiarity
GRC platform experience
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi year cybersecurity roadmap aligned to business objectives
Conduct risk assessments and prioritize mitigation initiatives
Establish security metrics and executive reporting dashboards
Drive annual security planning and resource alignment
Own ISO 27001 and SOC 2 programs and audit readiness
Maintain effective security controls and documentation
Oversee vulnerability management and remediation efforts
Support regulatory and client security requirements
Expand cybersecurity capabilities beyond compliance into proactive security engineering
Lead incident response readiness and containment practices
Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams on secure architecture
Advance cloud security strategy across Azure, AWS, and SaaS environments
Build and develop a high-performing cybersecurity and GRC team
Establish clear prioritization, intake, and decision governance processes
Provide clear, actionable risk guidance to executive leadership
Foster cross-functional collaboration across IT and business units
