About The Position

Data Admin Analyst II / Data Governance Operations Analyst PLEASE NOTE: This position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Data Admin Analyst II / Data Governance Operations Analyst is responsible for using standard procedures and processes to gather, format and load metadata under close supervision How you will make an impact: Accomplishes assigned tasks using metadata repository architecture. Troubleshoots simple metadata repository problems with help from others and designs and constructs simple reports. Participates in quality reviews and the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of vendor supplied metadata management, master data management and information quality or other third party software. Creates and maintains d eveloper documentation as directed. Following predefined procedures and processes collects, cleans, catalogs, maintains and delivers master data with guidance and supervision. Under supervision performs system administration duties such as user management, performance monitoring, metric reporting, backup and recovery, training and education provision. Performs data profiling and data quality analysis with guidance and supervision.

Requirements

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years experience in information systems with 1 year experience in data administration; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with ASG Rochade Evoke, Data Foundations/Kalido or similar, UNIX, JAVA, PowerBuilder, Oracle, DB2 UDB, Teredata, Sybase and SQL servers strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake including SQL querying for data validation and troubleshooting: Navigate databases, schemas, tables, and views, support data issue investigation (not performance tuning) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, including cloud storage and data movement concepts preferred.
  • Experience supporting metadata management, master data management (MDM), and information quality tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Reltio, or similar) preferred.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements (PII/PHI) strongly preferred.
  • File Formats & Data Exchange Awareness strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
