Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline with 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel
  • Strong experience in dashboard development, data visualization, and report automation
  • Experience working with ETL processes and data pipeline development
  • Experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources
  • Demonstrated reliability and consistently met established timelines
  • Served as a thought partner to stakeholders by proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and partnering to define problems and guide data-driven decision-making
  • Critical thinking and curiosity to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Understanding of data governance and quality management principles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders including leadership teams

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications (e.g., Power BI, SQL, data analytics) are a plus
  • Marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, or life sciences experience preferred
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehouse concepts preferred
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages preferred

Responsibilities

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple data sources
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support business insights
  • Design and enhance data models to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Support and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
  • Provide proactive recommendations based on trends and performance analysis
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and quality management standards
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
