Department Overview Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global MRP Systems, the Data Analyst will support materials planning of outside processing in real time, shipment tracking and maintain inventory accuracy. The Data Analyst will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, and Commodity Management in the completion of duties.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Undergraduate’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027

  • Ability to convey complex information to internal stakeholders and demonstrate flexibility when incorporating feedback
  • Ability to work independently and balance engagements with multiple internal partners under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage outside processing of refurbished components and real time material transactions.
  • Ability to perform and produce time-sensitive results under high pace work environment
  • Competent in generating pivot tables and pivot charts
  • Knowledgeable of creating reports
  • Ability to generate reports and create analysis
  • Develop an automated mechanism to track and report outsource processing metrics as part of an organization-wide business and financial reviews.
  • Assess process and system gaps to formulate business requirement documents to drive system enhancements/automation.
  • Work closely with IT to develop and implement automated optimization solutions.
  • Participates in special projects and strategic initiatives, as requested
