Requirements

Associates degree + 2 years of related experience
Proven experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
Expertise in PowerBI, including the ability to design complex dashboards and reports.
Experience in PowerApps, creating complex data management applications.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Experience with data visualization best practices.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth manual data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from diverse datasets.
Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Develop and implement data analysis strategies to solve complex business problems.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing PowerBI dashboards and reports.
Utilize PowerBI's advanced features to create dynamic, drill-down, and real-time data visualizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective PowerBI solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive and user-friedly data management applications using PowerApps.
Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators.
Implement best practices in data visualization to enhance data storytelling and decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and PowerBI updates to continuously improve data visualization techniques.
Work with various data sources and integrate data from different platforms into PowerBI.
Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to automate data integration where applicable.
Generate detailed reports and summaries of analysis findings for presentation to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business teams to provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations in all data-related activities.
Establish and enforce data governance practices to maintain data integrity and quality.
Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and PowerBI solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
