About The Position
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support IT operations and business decision-making. This role works closely with IT and cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve system performance, and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an IT environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of databases and data structures
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from IT systems and business applications
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Support IT projects by providing data insights and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security standards are maintained
- Document processes, data definitions, and reporting methods
