Maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in all facets. Works efficiently to complete daily essential functions within a structured timetable. This role also requires creative thinking in regards to developing new databases, monitoring database performance and interpreting raw data. The output of this role serves in the coordination of test data and other aspects of testing. The duties include working with other members of the Engineering & Quality Department to facilitate all aspects of test reporting from creation to final distribution. The role reports directly to the TC & Manager and requires team-oriented skills, extensive collaboration with respective leadership and colleagues while working under limited supervision.Possible Tasks within this Role Responsible for the intake of test vehicle, documenting any pre-existing paint damage and ensuring all required documentation is available to start the test. Assist in preparation of paperwork and documents based on provided information of new test cars. Responsible for the preparation and organization of necessary paperwork for cars before, during, and after the test (i.e. apply car ID stickers, key tags, create new file folders, books, etc.). Responsible for data entry of test result information into Database. Work closely with evaluation team to ensure all documentation has been included into the database. Create new database tools as problem solving solutions to data challenges. Conversion of test forms from paper to a digital format. Receive and input workshop work orders in database for accurate tracking Creates/innovates new methods of tools to support effective and efficient workflow. Follow up with project engineer to make any necessary changes/updates to test report prior to customer distribution. File documents and reports (Mini Documents, Customer information) of test vehicles in an appropriate Data Book. Responsible for ensuring Data Retention policies are adhered to regarding test documentation retention. Responsible for tracking and compilation of all department KPI information Ensuring data for summer visiting customers is accurately recorded within database Responsible to input information into the scheduling tool to accommodate visiting test groups. Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
