Data Analytics Associate Fellowship

IbilityColumbus, OH
7d$21 - $25Onsite

About The Position

The Data Analytics Associate Fellowship is a 9-month, paid, experiential program embedded with the Ohio Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command. Fellows work directly alongside OHARNG leadership on one of the most data-intensive missions in the state National Guard system by producing analysis that directly informs recruiting, retention, and readiness decisions impacting thousands of soldiers. Unlike traditional entry-level roles, this fellowship offers immediate, substantive responsibility from day one. You will develop highly transferable skills valued across the federal government and defense contracting sector, supported by a team committed to your professional growth. Fellows who demonstrate strong performance and initiative will be considered for fellowship extension or long-term engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter; an individual who takes ownership of their work, asks the right questions, and drives solutions without waiting to be told what to do next. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want your first job to matter, this is the opportunity for you.
