Data Analytics Internship – Summer 2026 Location: Indianapolis, IN; Mason, OH; or Atlanta, GA This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This Data Analytics Intern will be responsible for supporting our CX Solutions team in various projects relating but not limited to, utilizing data analytics to synthesize compelling business stories that guide strategy and inform tactical priorities, performing intentional measurement and improvement of digital platform health, and streamlining AI solutions for manual processes. How you will make an impact: Partner with the team and stakeholders to manage and surface new insights around the voice of the customer Perform established analysis for routine diagnoses of quality, use, cost and other variables to find new opportunities for improvement Evaluate existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products. Partner with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction, solve member problems, and meet other goals. Participate in the Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled.
